Job summary

Vesta Home provides a fast-paced role coordinating daily logistics and inventory for our design team. You will bridge designers and warehouse operations to ensure furniture requirements, pick lists, and install preparations are executed on time.

The role requires strong organization, proactive problem solving, and clear communication. You will monitor inventory levels, coordinate replacements, and participate in post-project wrap-ups to keep staging projects running smoothly.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year warehousing or inventory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate furniture requirements and install preparations to meet deadlines.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate item replacements.
• Communicate across teams via Slack and email.
• Monitor damages and prioritize repairs.
