Job summary

Vesta is seeking a highly organized Logistics & Inventory Coordinator in New York to drive daily operations for our design team. You will bridge designers and warehouse teams, manage pick lists, and ensure on-time installation preparations.

You will monitor inventory with Retool and Domo, coordinate replacements, and support post-project wrap-ups, with a $32/hour compensation and a focus on accuracy and timely communication.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 1 year warehousing experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics and inventory for design projects.
• Coordinate designer allocations and project deadlines.
• Monitor inventory levels using Retool and Domo reports.
• Identify and repair damaged items and prioritize repairs.
• Communicate actively via Slack and email to resolve on-site issues.
• Assist with item replacements and inventory reallocation.
• Ensure post-project wrap-ups and inventory clearance.
