Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Manager, Project Designer in Des Moines to lead design efforts for assigned accounts. You’ll drive workplace strategy, manage design teams, and ensure high-quality deliverables from concept through documentation.

You’ll coordinate with CRE stakeholders, prepare client presentations, and supervise data-rich project files and CAFM data. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited institution.
• 5–8 years’ experience in interior design, architecture or space planning.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• AutoCAD required; REVIT a plus.
• Proficient with CAFM software (Serraview, Manhattan, Center Stone, Planon, Archibus).
• Proficient in programming and space planning for varying spaces.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for the account.
• Implement workplace strategy and standards.
• Create test fits and propose workplace improvements.
• Propose space efficiencies aligned with CRE goals.
• Collaborate with Real Estate Portfolio Strategist and Move Managers.
• Prepare final client documents and presentations.
• Maintain CAFM data and project files.
