Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• 10+ years of experience in transportation design, design management, or technical leadership.
• Experience on large infrastructure projects such as Design-Build, P3, or alternative delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical reviews of major design submittals and studies.
• Act as primary technical lead for multidisciplinary design integration across complex transportation projects.
• Evaluate designs for quality, constructability, and alignment with project requirements.
• Identify and resolve cross-discipline conflicts and technical risks.
• Establish and maintain technical direction across design review teams.
• Support implementation and improvement of design review processes.
