Job summary

Irvine Company Retail Properties is seeking a Design Manager to lead CAD documentation and tenant design initiatives for the Tenant Coordination team in Irvine. You will maintain Lease Outline Drawings, manage field verifications, and keep site plans updated to reflect current tenant statuses, partnering across Leasing, Construction, and Operations.

You will develop design visuals, assess remodeling needs, and produce field memos, site plans, and photosims for internal and external use, ensuring

Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail design and project management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Valid California driver’s license and vehicle liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain Lease Outline Drawings for leasing and landlord records.
• Conduct field verifications and manage site plan revisions.
• Develop Field Area Measure Memos and Suite Condition Reports.
• Produce concept space cuts, site plans, and photo simulations.
• Attend on-site tenant renewal inspections and document findings.
• Evaluate tenant remodel needs by researching brand prototypes.
• Update and distribute Tenant Design Guidelines.
• Collaborate with Construction Services, Retail Design, Leasing, Finance, and Operations.
