Responsibilities

• Lead design from programming through FF&E and documentation.
• Translate client goals and workplace strategy into functional concepts.
• Oversee space planning, finishes, and furnishings selection.
• Collaborate with architects, technical directors, and PMs.
• Mentor intermediate and junior designers.
• Review work for quality, clarity, and project alignment.
• Organize tasks, deadlines, and internal workflows.
• Run design meetings, pin-ups, and coordination reviews.
• Present concepts, mood boards, and plans to clients.
• Oversee Revit models, finish schedules, and construction sets.
• Review shop drawings and submittals during construction.
