Job summary

Ernest-Gordon-Recruitment-Limited seeks an experienced BIM Designer/Manager to advance BIM capabilities across large-scale construction projects. You will lead BIM modeling in Revit, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to streamline workflows, and support digital fabrication and model-to-production alignment.

The role requires 3–5+ years in BIM/digital construction, strong Revit skills, and a degree in a related field.

THE ROLE:

• Develop and manage BIM models in Revit, supporting coordination and delivery across major construction projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate BIM workflows and improve project execution.
• Support digital fabrication and model-to-production alignment, applying knowledge of tolerances and sequencing.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement, including coordination, clash detection, and model validation using tools like Navisworks.

THE PERSON:

• 3–5+ years of experience in BIM, digital construction, or 3D modelling within construction or manufacturing.
• Strong proficiency in Revit, with additional experience in Navisworks, Rhino/Grasshopper, Inventor, SolidWorks, or CAM tools desirable.
• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Technology, or related field with understanding of parametric design and construction processes.
• Innovative mindset with strong communication skills and the ability to drive adoption of new digital workflows.
