Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Drafter/Architectural Designer to advance BIM capabilities on large-scale projects such as stadiums, hospitals, airports, and data centres. You will work at the intersection of design, technology, and construction, pushing for smarter, more efficient processes and digital fabrication.

Role focuses on coordinating BIM across teams, improving project execution, and embracing innovative workflows, with a strong emphasis on long-term career growth and ESOP

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in BIM, digital construction, or 3D modelling within construction or manufacturing.
• Strong proficiency in Revit; experience with Navisworks, Rhino/Grasshopper, Inventor, SolidWorks or CAM tools is desirable.
• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Technology, or related field with understanding of parametric design and construction processes.
• Innovative mindset with strong communication skills and the ability to drive adoption of new digital workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support coordination and delivery across major construction projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate BIM workflows and improve project execution.
• Support digital fabrication and model-to-production alignment, applying tolerances and sequencing.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement, including coordination, clash detection, and model validation using Navisworks.
