Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or related field (Preferred).
• Equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• 5+ years design and/or construction management experience (Preferred).
• Cross-functional knowledge of key engineering disciplines (Architectural, Structural, MEP) and relevant trades.

Responsibilities

• Interpret formal design-build RFPs and develop work plans with stakeholders.
• Help create conceptual plans, elevations, 3D models for presentations and win strategies.
• Review bridging documents for project compliance with RFP; meet code and life-safety requirements.
• Support early phase due diligence with clients to incorporate permitting into design documents.
• Manage outside design consultants and ensure they meet technical and schedule requirements.
• Oversee design review process with team and clients to meet schedules and manage risks.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and monitor consultant costs during design.
• Coordinate design packaging strategies with project team and manage documentation.
