The role requires proactive design leadership and collaboration with clients and preconstruction teams. Your background includes 5+ years in design or construction management, strong AutoCAD/Revit skills, and a degree in architecture or engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering or equivalent experience.
• Cross-functional knowledge of architectural, structural, MEP disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of design processes, codes and criteria.

Responsibilities

• Lead design management across design-build or design-assist projects.
• Coordinate with outside consultants and ensure schedule and budget alignment.
• Review documents for quality, life-safety and code compliance.
• Support preconstruction with conceptual designs and pricing.
• Guide design teams and stakeholders to meet project goals.
