Marketplace Operations Inc. in Wilmington, Delaware seeks a Design Lead, Social to shape paid social discovery and post-click experiences. You’ll own end-to-end creative for landing pages, quizzes, and partner experiences, with AI-assisted workflows and fast iteration.

The role collaborates with Paid Social, Growth, Product, Engineering and Data, reporting to the Head of Design. Remote-friendly with CST overlap.

Qualifications

8+ years in product, digital or experience design with growth or consumer focus.
Strong portfolio of end-to-end digital experiences and mobile conversion design.
Experience designing for paid traffic with performance testing.
Knowledge of demand gen, funnels, CTR, CPL, CPA and testing.
Excellent presentation and collaboration with marketing, product, engineering and data teams.

Responsibilities

Design full experiences from social, creating landing pages, quizzes and partner experiences.
Concept the creative directions with genuinely different routes for testing.
Connect ad to destination as a single system across touchpoints.
Leverage AI to explore ideas, prototype experiences and speed up workflows.
Collaborate with Data, Paid Social, Product and Engineering to iterate.
Build reusable design systems and components to accelerate experiments.
Mentor designers on visual craft and AI-assisted workflows.
