Code3, an integrated marketing agency, is seeking a Paid Social Director to lead paid social strategy, client performance, and team development for a portfolio of ecommerce brands. You will bring deep performance marketing expertise, translate complex business challenges into actionable strategies, and drive measurable growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of paid social experience, including agency leadership for eCommerce brands.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, LTV, and full-funnel measurement.
• Proven ability to audit accounts, diagnose trends, and drive optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid social strategy, performance, and client health across a portfolio of eCommerce brands, overseeing full funnel media planning, creative strategy, testing, measurement, and long-term account growth.
• Serve as strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders, leading executive-level discussions with data-backed recommendations.
• Diagnose performance challenges, test optimization opportunities, and guide teams toward stronger results across major paid social platforms.
• Lead, mentor, and develop managers and teams, driving accountability and a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
• Establish and scale best practices across campaign execution, budgeting, reporting, and client communication.
• Champion innovation by translating platform capabilities and trends into actionable opportunities for clients.
