Forbes Advisor is seeking a Design Lead, Social to shape how readers discover our brand through paid social campaigns and post-click experiences. You will design the Meta ad, landing pages, quizzes and partner experiences with a senior eye for craft, speed, and credibility, in collaboration with Paid Social, Growth and Product teams.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in product, digital or experience design, with growth/acquisition or consumer experiences
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end digital experiences and visual design
• Experience designing for paid traffic with performance-driven decisions
• Knowledge of demand generation and performance marketing metrics (funnels, CTR, CPL, CPA)
• Strong product and interaction design fundamentals for mobile and conversion-focused experiences
• Clear view on where AI improves work and where it doesn't
• Confident presenting work to marketing, product, engineering and data partners

• Design full experiences from social, including landing pages, listicles, comparison pages, quizzes and partner experiences
• Concept creative routes with Paid Social and Demand Gen, creating distinct visual directions
• Connect ad to destination by designing a unified post-click experience
• Use AI to explore ideas, prototype experiences and create testable work
• Collaborate with Data and Paid Social to learn performance and iterate
• Build reusable components, page patterns and frameworks to speed experiments
• Mentor designers on visual craft, paid traffic, AI workflows and standards
