Forbes Advisor is seeking a Senior Editor, Manager to edit and deliver high-performing paid social and native advertising creative, and to help build a small team of editors. This is a hands-on editing role first, with leadership responsibilities as the team grows.

You’ll edit a range from social-native UGC to documentary and graphics-driven work, while shaping workflows and helping hire to scale performance creative.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional video editing experience with a strong portfolio.
• Experience editing paid social, direct-response, or performance creative with measurable results.
• Ability to edit social-native UGC and elevated documentary/editorial content.
• Excellent editing craft with story, pacing, music, graphics, and finish.
• Understanding short-form social creative, hooks, retention, and captions.
• Experience leading or mentoring editors.

Responsabilités

• Edit a high volume of paid social and native ads across in-person shoots, remote UGC, and AI-generated video.
• Cut across a wide range of styles from simple UGC to elevated documentary and graphics-driven work.
• Provide clear feedback, coach editors, and raise the team’s creative bar.
• Help establish editing systems, templates, workflows, and tools for scaling.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure footage and assets are organized and ready.
