Job summary

Crate and Barrel is seeking a Design Coordinator to support the design experience by organizing appointments, store events, and design sales aids. You will help maintain the Design Desk, assist Designers with consultations, and ensure a smooth, customer-focused flow.

In this role you’ll manage scheduling, in-store activities, and post-purchase outreach, while upholding brand aesthetics across store, e‑commerce, and catalog channels.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and Designers with appointments and Design Desk projects.
• Organize and replenish sales aids.
• Post-purchase customer outreach.
• Support Designers and Leaders with pipeline activities and events.
• Assist customers on floor and handoff to Designers.
• Understand brand aesthetics across store, e‑commerce, and catalog.
• Know product information, care, and competitive trends.
• Liaise with CDST and B2B departments.
• Meet sales, KPI, service goals on floor.
• Listen to customers to recommend products and loyalties.
• Assist designers with in-home and in-store consultations.
• Provide excellent service with positive attitude.
• Support store training on design services.
• Assist with large-scale projects.
