Job summary

You will assist Designers with consultations and in-store projects, manage outreach, maintain brand aesthetics, and collaborate across store, e-commerce, and catalog channels to guide customers toward design solutions. Responsibilities

• Drive sales and a differentiated experience by assisting customers and Designers with managing appointments and Design Desk projects.
• Own the organization and replenishment of sales aids.
• Conduct post-purchase customer outreach.
• Support Designers and Leaders by managing pipeline activities and in-store events.
• Assist customers on the floor and pass them off to Designers as appropriate.
• Ensure understanding of brand aesthetics and merchandising strategy by channel.
• Stay informed on product information and industry trends.
• Act as point person and maintain partnerships with internal departments.
• Deliver sales, KPI, service goals, and productivity standards on the floor.
• Listen to customers to identify products that meet needs and communicate loyalty services.
• Assist Designers with in-home and in-store consultations.
• Support and model excellent service with a positive attitude.
• Support store training and education on design services.
• Support large-scale projects as assigned.
