Job summary

Crate & Barrel is seeking a Design Coordinator to enhance the design experience in-store. You will organize appointments, assist Designers with consultations, manage events, and drive customer service excellence across design solutions.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Designers and leaders, maintaining brand aesthetics, tracking design-related projects, and delivering on KPI/ service goals while engaging customers on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Understanding basic design functions such as spatial planning, fabric selection, lighting, and interior design styles.
• Excellent, effective, timely communication skills to translate brand vision and customer needs.
• Ability to stay up to date on market trends.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and a differentiated experience by assisting customers and Designers with managing appointments and Design Desk projects.
• Own the organization and replenishment of sales aids.
• Conduct post-purchase customer outreach.
• Support Designers and Leaders by managing pipeline activities and in-store events.
• Assist customers on the floor and pass them off to Designers as appropriate.
• Deliver individual sales, KPI, service goals, and productivity standards on the sales floor.
