Qualifications

• 5 years experience in engineering design.
• PE License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex calculations for heating and cooling loads.
• Prepare redline design layouts for estimating.
• Ensure code compliance and examine field conditions.

Skills

In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems design

Ability to read mechanical and plumbing plans

Strong verbal and written communications skills

Strong computer skills (Revit, CADD, Microsoft Office)

Education

Four-year degree in Engineering or related field
