Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail sales or client-facing design roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
• Ability to use design/rendering tools to present solutions to clients.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and educate clients through in-store demonstrations and personalized consultations.
• Design tailored solutions that align with clients’ needs, preferences, and wellness goals.
• Drive sales by building strong client relationships and proactive follow-up on leads.
• Collaborate with Architecture & Design community to grow brand awareness and partnerships.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure a premium store experience.
