Design Within Reach, part of MillerKnoll, seeks a Design Specialist to blend design sensibility with consultative selling. You will represent iconic designers and brands while building lasting relationships with clients and the local design community.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive sales through personalized design consultations, space planning, and product recommendations in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or design consulting.
• Ability to assess client needs and translate them into design solutions.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by delivering personalized design consultations and solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, trade professionals, and the local design community.
