MillerKnoll, Inc. is seeking a Sales & Design Specialist for our San Francisco store. You will blend design sensibility with consultative selling to help clients create spaces that support wellness and productivity.

You will guide clients through personalized journeys, maintain premium store standards, and collaborate with the Architecture & Design community to grow brand awareness. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail sales or design consultation.
• Strong interpersonal and client-first communication.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and design/rendering tools effectively.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and educate clients through in-store demonstrations and consultations.
• Design tailored solutions aligned with clients' needs and wellness goals.
• Drive sales by building relationships and following up on leads.
• Collaborate with the A&D community to grow brand awareness and partnerships.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure a premium store experience.
• Process transactions and manage orders with accuracy.
