Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated in Champaign, IL, is seeking a Sales Associate to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service. You will promote the Design program and assist designers to achieve design goals, while executing the La-Z-Boy selling process to ensure a positive customer experience.

You will participate in a training period paying $18 per hour for 2–6 weeks, with a post-training earning potential of $35,000–$55,000+ including base, bonus, and commissions.

Qualifications

• Previous selling experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to close a sale and build relationships.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by selling furniture, accessories and services.
• Promote the Design program and assist Designer to meet goals.
• Follow the La-Z-Boy selling process for a positive customer experience.
• Schedule home consultations and present customized room designs.
• Ensure accurate order information and payments.
