Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Design Consultant to lead design oversight and coordinate across the project lifecycle. You will bridge client requirements with architectural delivery, ensuring solutions align with objectives, budgets, and quality standards.

Collaborating with PM teams and external practices, you will shape the built environment for clients. Responsibilities include managing external design consultants, ensuring branding and sustainability targets are met, and guiding design

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in interior design or architecture per listed qualifications.
NCIDQ certification or architectural registration is preferred.
1 to 5 years of experience in commercial project design, construction or PM.

Responsibilities

Managing external design consultants from appointment through construction administration.
Ensuring design deliverables adhere to branding, functionality and sustainability goals.
Facilitating design reviews and coordinating with internal teams and clients.
Managing permit applications and regulatory submissions.
Representing the client’s interests in design meetings and briefs.
