Turner & Townsend is seeking a Design Execution Project Manager to join our team to support project management services for complex design programs. You will lead design projects from planning through delivery, coordinating architects, engineers, consultants and client stakeholders to ensure scope, schedule, budget and quality goals are met.

We require a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience managing design or construction projects.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years in design, capital, workplace, real estate, or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of design management, project delivery methodologies, and lifecycle management.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design and consulting teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Experience working with clients and executive stakeholders.
• PM tools such as Smartsheet, Primavera P6, MS Project, Monday.com, Asana.
• Certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, LEED, WELL preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage design projects from planning through delivery, aligning with scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and client stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, work plans, and design deliverable trackers.
• Facilitate design reviews, stakeholder meetings, and decision-making processes.
• Monitor project risks, issues, budgets, and overall performance, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations.
• Manage client relationships and act as a key point of contact throughout project execution.
• Oversee project documentation, governance processes, and change management activities.
• Support procurement and consultant management activities, including contract and scope coordination.
• Lead project closeout activities, ensuring successful handover, documentation completion, and lessons learned.
