Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Design Execution Project Manager to run the design activities for Hyperscale Data Center construction for a major technology client. You will coordinate design consultants, localize the program Plan of Record, and lead large design coordination meetings across teams.

This is a remote position with travel to project sites. Ideal candidates bring a bachelor’s degree in a related field, plus licensure (PE, NCARB, RA) or substantial equivalent experience, and a

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• Professional licensure (PE, NCARB, RA) strongly preferred or significant experience may substitute.
• Experience with data center design and/or construction preferred.
• Working understanding of AutoCAD for reviews and mark-ups.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate planning and kickoff workshops with internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate design reviews in partnership with external partners.
• Facilitate large scale workshops as necessary.
• Author scopes of work for contracts and gain buy-in from internal stakeholders.
• Issue and administer contracts.
• Define and track deliverables from various parties.
• Coordinate design activities with procurement and construction.
• Provide clear and open communication with all stakeholders.
