Job summary

Closets by Design is hiring Designers/Sales Consultants. Help people organize their home! The position offers a hybrid remote work model with a flexible schedule and complete sales and design training.

You will join a growth-focused team, receive 12-week paid sales training and ongoing mentorship, and work with pre-set appointments from new and repeat clients. This is a 100% commission role with retirement benefits and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience.
• Reliable access to a vehicle with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Laptop not required, but recommended.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales day with an appointment scheduled close to home.
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services, all material provided.
• Design in home.
