Job summary

Closets by Design is hiring Designers/Sales Consultants to help customers organize their homes. The role offers a hybrid remote schedule, 12‑week paid sales training, and pre-set appointments with clients.

You’ll receive complete sales and design training to thrive in a flexible, commission-based environment near your home. You will build relationships, assess opportunities in customers’ homes, and educate buyers on products and services provided by Closets by Design.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience.
• Reliable access to a motor vehicle, with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Computer / Laptop NOT required, but recommended.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales day with an appointment scheduled close to home.
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services, all material provided.
• Design in home.
