Job summary

Closets by Design, a national leader in home organizing systems, is seeking full-time Designers/Sales Consultants. This hybrid-remote role offers 12-week paid training, pre-set appointments, and a commission-based structure with opportunities to grow as you help clients organize their homes.

You’ll design in-home, build client relationships, and educate customers about our custom closets and solutions, with support from a mentorship program and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience.
• Reliable access to_vehicle and driver's license required.
• Computer/Laptop not required but recommended.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with customers to understand organizational needs.
• Design in-home and educate customers on products and services.
• Meet with clients and schedule appointments close to home.

Due to extended growth, Closets by Design is looking for full time Design Consultants in the Sales or Interior Design industry. As a Closets by Design Designer you can enjoy the flexibility of working in a schedule that fits for you! You will receive complete sales and design training!

• Hybrid remote position with an open and flexible schedule.

A Day In The Life

• Begin the sales day with an appointment scheduled close to home.
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of sales experience
• Reliable access to Motor Vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Computer / Laptop NOT required, but recommended.
