Job summary

Closets by Design - Cleveland is seeking Designers/Sales Consultants to help clients organize their homes with in-home design and sales support. You'll receive comprehensive product training and work on a hybrid remote schedule, meeting clients near their homes.

This full-time role offers a 100% commission plan, ongoing mentorship, and paid training, plus benefits like 401(k) and employee discounts. Strong communication and 1–2 years sales experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience.
• Reliable access to a vehicle with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Computer/laptop not required, but recommended.

Responsibilities

• Begin the day with an appointment scheduled close to home.
• Build rapport with customers to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities and educate customers on products.
• Design in home and present customized closet solutions.

Due to extended growth, Closets by Design is looking for full time Design Consultants in the Sales or Interior Design industry. As a Closets by Design Designer you can enjoy the flexibility of working in a schedule that fits for you! You will receive complete sales and design training!

A Day In The Life

Requirements

• 1-2 years of sales experience
• Reliable access to Motor Vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
