Job summary

Closets by Design is hiring designers/sales representatives to help customers organize their homes. The role offers flexibility to work from home with pre-set appointments near the candidate’s home, plus complete sales and design training with no prior experience required.

Position includes a hybrid remote setup and a clear path to advancement, with benefits such as health, vision, dental, and an open door policy with the Sales Manager. Franchise is independently owned and operated.

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or design experience is needed.
• We are looking for coachable candidates.
• Growth mindset with willingness to learn a new skill.
• Reliable access to a Motor Vehicle with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.
