Arhaus is seeking a Sales Associate / Design Consultant in Pittsburgh to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will provide customer service, space planning assistance, and use our selling model to close transactions while representing the Arhaus brand.

Responsibilities include meeting monthly sales goals, expanding product knowledge, following up with guests before and after the sale, and collaborating with the team.

• Collaborates with all team members and participates in meetings.
• Performs opening and closing duties and records hours worked.
