Job summary

Serena & Lily seeks Associates/Design Advisors in Boca Raton to deliver a best-in-class client experience through sales and design support. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, on-brand client experience in-store and via virtual appointments.
• Provide design advice and product recommendations to support sales goals.
• Collaborate with leadership to resolve client needs quickly.
• Assist in receiving shipments and merchandising to brand standards.
• Follow up on orders and quotes to drive retention and loyalty.
