Job summary

Serena & Lily seeks an Assistant Store Leader in Boca Raton, FL to join our leadership team for our new store. You will help manage client services, merchandising, inventory, and operating costs while driving sales and profitability.

The role requires 1-3 years of retail leadership, design experience preferred, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. Full-time hours with benefits and a bonus-eligible compensation package are offered.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail leadership experience, interiors/home furnishings field preferred or 1-3 years as a Serena & Lily Store Associate.
• Architecture or design experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong sense of personal style.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and inspire team to achieve excellence.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent client service and lead best-practice implementation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to ask questions and seek solutions; self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Master, teach and hold team accountable for embodying and operating by the Serena & Lily Brand Ethos (Innovation, Style, Integrity, Optimism, Expressiveness, Confidence & Appreciation).
• Ensure Brand Expression is conveyed appropriately at all times.
• Provide outstanding client service with a warm, friendly environment, greeting clients and maintaining standards.
• Manage product knowledge and brand design inspiration.
• Create a warm, on-brand client experience with design advice and recommendations.
• Follow up on orders, transfers and troubleshoot issues.
• Assist store leadership in daily store operations, including opening/closing, banking, inventory receipts and transfers.
• Contribute to growing the client base, including designer outreach.
• Lead merchandise stock levels and visual standards per directives.
• Coach and develop staff with Head of Retail Stores & Store Operations.
