Re-Bath New Hampshire & Maine is seeking a driven Design Consultant to join our Portland, ME team. You’ll guide homeowners through remodeling solutions, delivering design-focused, product-driven presentations and turning design into reality in the home.

In this in-home role, you’ll build relationships, develop accurate estimates, and collaborate with installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. A commission-based earning potential aligns with your results and passion for design.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in in-home sales or design consulting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret design layouts and specs.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable earning commissions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with prospective customers to assess bathroom remodeling needs and present design solutions
• Deliver compelling, product-focused sales presentations using Re-Bath's proven process
• Develop accurate project estimates and proposals tailored to each customer's budget and vision
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle
• Follow up with leads and prospects to drive conversions and close sales
• Collaborate with the installation and project management teams to ensure seamless customer experience
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs

Requirements

• Proven experience in in-home sales, design consulting, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to read and interpret design layouts, product specifications, and project scopes
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working on commissionValid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-home appointments
• Experience in home improvement, remodeling, or interior design is a plus
• Proficiency with basic computer tools and CRM software preferred
