We are looking for a motivated professional to join our team at Five Star Bath Solutions, the best home improvement company in North America. As an Sales Consultant, you will design beautiful and functional showers and baths to solve homeowner issues related to function, aesthetics, safety, maintenance, or durability. You will lead homeowners through the discovery of issues to the final presentation of products and packages with the goal of closing the project on the first visit.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct in-home sales appointments for bathroom remodeling services.
• Provide detailed product demonstrations and presentations to educate clients on features and benefits.
• Design effective offerings and present precise pricing to close deals on the spot.
• Leverage company software and sales processes to increase interest during visits.
• Accurately report results and submit required paperwork immediately after each appointment.
• Follow up with past leads or finalize projects from previous sales in between appointments.

Requirements:

• Skills: Strong "One-Call Closer" mentality with an allergy to "maybe"
• Communication: Ability to build rapport through open-ended questions and speak intelligently at or above the average customer's level.
• Traits: Goal-driven, self-motivated, results-oriented, and persistent.
• Logistics: Must have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation to travel to pre-set appointments.
• Availability: Willing to work evenings and weekends when homeowners are available.
