Job summary

Home Brands Group LLC, the parent company of Re-Bath, is seeking a driven Bathroom Design Consultant for the Atlanta area. This in-home design role guides homeowners from concept to close using our proven system and company-provided leads.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, consultative sales environment and earn uncapped commissions. The position offers a full-time schedule with weekday, day and evening appointments and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• In-home sales experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners in their homes to assess needs and present remodeling solutions.
• Guide customers through the full design process, including product selection and layouts.
• Build trust and deliver a consultative sales experience from initial meeting to close.
• Prepare accurate proposals and pricing using company tools.
• Close sales on the first visit when possible.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and follow up with prospects as needed.
• Coordinate with operations and installation teams for a seamless handoff.

Qualifications

• Proven success in sales (in-home sales experience strongly preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and earn customer trust.
• Comfortable closing sales in a one-call-close environment.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable using CRM and design/pricing tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a 50‑state background check and drug screen.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in home improvement, remodeling, or construction sales.
• Previous experience in in-home consultation or design-based sales roles.
• Success working in commission-based sales environments.
