Re-Bath New Hampshire & Maine is seeking a driven Design Consultant to join our Portland, ME team. You’ll guide homeowners through remodeling solutions, delivering design-focused, product-driven presentations and turning design into reality in the home.

In this in-home role, you’ll build relationships, develop accurate estimates, and collaborate with installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. A commission-based earning potential aligns with your results and passion for design.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in in-home sales or design consulting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret design layouts and specs.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable earning commissions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations to assess bathroom remodeling needs.
• Deliver product-focused sales presentations and proposals.
• Develop accurate estimates and tailored proposals.
• Build lasting customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with installation teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Follow up with leads to drive conversions.
