Job summary

Renewal by Andersen LLC is seeking an In-home Design Consultant for the Iowa City area. This full-time role includes a salary and commission structure, offering replacement windows and doors designed with Fibrex composite materials. You will engage directly with homeowners, utilize custom software to provide quotes, and ensure high-quality service to exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Sales experience of at least 1 year is preferred.
• Valid driver's license is required for travel to appointments.

Responsibilities

Overview

Due to our continued year over year growth, we are looking to add an in-home design consultant for the Johnson County area.

We have a successful marketing mix and we generate and set the appointments for you.

You would be offering Renewal by Andersen replacement windows and doors, which are made to order and are built with Fibrex composite extrusions, a patented material that is gives you a leg up on vinyl windows or clad wood products.

Responsibilities

• We have custom built software from Andersen that allows you to quote the product to the homeowner while at their home. The contract can be completed electronically, quickly and efficiently.
• Renewal by Andersen of Eastern Iowa has our own carpenters to install the product, so the homeowner doesn't have to seek out a separate contractor to install the windows.
• Renewal by Andersen’s' customer satisfaction scores are consistently in the upper echelon of the replacement window business. We actively seek out customer feedback and survey results, ensuring the final quality is exceeding delighting the homeowner’s expectations and leaving them delighted.
• We require the ability to work independently, meet with homeowners, use computers and other technology to price out projects and enter orders.

Qualifications

• A 2-year of 4-year college degree is requested for this position

Compensation & Benefits

The position is a full-time position paid with a combination of salary and commission. Benefits include medical insurance, 401K retirement plan and paid vacation. A valid driver’s license is required.
