Renewal by Andersen Metro & Midwest is seeking driven sales professionals to join our in-home design consultations. You will visit residential appointments, present replacement window and door options, and guide homeowners toward same-day decisions with a proven sales process.

The role features a full commission structure (uncapped) with paid training and opportunities for performance-based rewards, including trips and an extensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Have a valid Driver’s License.
• Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments daily.
• Ability to lift and carry 40–60 lbs of sample materials.
• Capable of navigating iPad applications.
• Willingness to learn a structured, proven sales process.

Role Description While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! We’re looking for motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in November 2026. Our Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations. They provide all of the necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects. This is a strong one-call close sales role, with no project management or follow up required.
