Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project coordination or administrative role within architecture, engineering, or construction.
• Working knowledge of the design and construction process.
• Familiarity with construction administration processes, including RFIs and submittals.

Responsibilities

• Support design project teams with day-to-day coordination and administrative tasks.
• Manage and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling and documentation.
• Track project workflows, milestones, and deliverables.
• Maintain clear communication across project stakeholders.
