RECARO invites you to join Fort Worth as a Design Change Analyst, where you will oversee Purchasing‑related DC activities and coordinate with Engineering and Configuration Management.

You will evaluate DCs for quality, scope, costs and timelines, present findings in CRB meetings, and monitor KPIs to improve change processes. The role demands strong analysis, independence, and teamwork in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Information Systems or a related field.
• Experience with change management, design analysis or project based roles.
• Experience in a relevant industry (manufacturing, technology or engineering).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in tracking change processes.

Responsabilidades

• Pre-check of all Purchasing DCs for quality, content and clarity with Engineering.
• Represent Purchasing within CRB meetings and present DC issues.
• Monitor KPIs and report Purchasing DC KPI within SFM and CRB meetings.
