RECARO Aircraft Seating Americas, Inc in Fort Worth, TX seeks a procurement professional responsible for plastics and composite materials, components, and services. You will execute strategy, negotiate contracts, manage suppliers, and oversee cost targets while complying with regulatory requirements.

Key duties include PO management, master data control, change management, and supplier performance reviews to ensure on-time delivery and quality across the supply chain.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 3+ years of procurement experience, or 7+ years without a degree.
• Experience in thermoforming, injection mold, and/or composite procurement is a plus.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Purchase orders: place, confirm, and ensure PO execution to contracts and schedules.
• Master data: maintain contracts, source rules, and logistics data in ERP.
• Change management: coordinate engineering changes and analyze inventory impact.
• Supplier management: conduct monthly reviews and oversee on-time delivery and quality issues.
• Global strategy: support cost targets, risk mitigation, and sourcing strategy.
• Negotiation: lead terms and contract negotiations with suppliers.
• Supplier selection: evaluate capabilities and present to boards for approval.
• Safety: follow office and production area safety policies.
• Compliance: ensure compliance with RECARO policies and industry regulations.
• Additional duties as assigned.
