Job summary

RECARO Aircraft Seating is seeking an MRP Controller I, Customer Service to support the CS Purchasing Team with daily procurement tasks, ensuring on-time delivery, reduced lead times and minimized costs. You will manage POs, collaborate with suppliers, and monitor order progress to preempt delays.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work across engineering and quality groups in a dynamic environment at Fort Worth, TX.

Qualifications

• Two years of procurement or related experience.
• Professional attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Frequent interactions with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Process Purchase Orders and send to suppliers to meet demand.
• Collaborate with suppliers to expedite orders without extra costs.
• Monitor all POs to identify orders at risk of late delivery.
• Coordinate with Logistics for prioritization of critical orders.
• Track parts through quality and stocking stages.
• Provide data packages for quotes (RSPLs, specials).
• Support Buyers by tracking confirmations and open order reports.
• Balance inventory between production and customer service warehouses.
• Participate in CS shop floor meetings and prepare materials.
• Support inventory management to maintain parts availability with minimal stock.
