Job summary

Ethan Allen is seeking a motivated Design Sales Consultant in Jacksonville who blends interior design passion with proven sales skills. This is a commission-based role where income is driven by client relationships and performance, with in-home and Design Center consultations.

You will create customized design solutions, guide clients through space planning, furniture selection, and fabric coordination, and grow your book of business through networking and marketing.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent with relevant work experience.
• Minimum of one year of practical interior design experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a design-related field is desirable but not required.
• Broad knowledge of interior design and effective sales techniques.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with new and existing clients.
• Generate and close sales opportunities.
• Conduct in-home and Design Center consultations.
• Create customized design solutions based on client style and budget.
• Utilize social media, networking, and marketing to grow your business.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the design and sales process.
