Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Design Supervisor in Alabama to lead the design team, train staff, and drive design-led sales. You will provide exceptional customer service through design services and coordinate appointments for residential and commercial projects.

You will mentor designers, maintain design standards, and collaborate with store leadership to meet sales goals, all while staying current with design trends and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Design education (BA or AA in Interior Design) or 6 years interior design experience in lieu of degree.
• 3-5 years of leadership or management experience.
• Proficient in basic mathematical skills and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and manage a design team with performance evaluations.
• Greet customers and support store design walk-in needs.
• Schedule design appointments and develop clientele through networking and referrals.
