Job summary

Floor & Decor in Scottsdale is seeking a Design Supervisor to train and lead the design team while driving store sales through design services. You will mentor designers, manage appointment calendars, and ensure a high-quality customer experience from inquiry through installation.

Qualifications

• Design education (BA/AA) or 6 years interior design experience.
• 3–5 years of leadership or management experience.
• Strong communication and multitasking in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proficient in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop and evaluate a design team and provide coaching.
• Greet customers and support design walk-ins and appointments.
• Schedule design appointments and grow clientele through networking and referrals.
• Advise homeowners, designers, and builders on tile, wood, stone and accessories.
• Manage multiple design projects end-to-end with clear communication.
