Floor & Decor in Leesburg, FL is seeking a Design Supervisor to train and lead the design team while driving store sales through design services. You will guide staff, manage appointments, and advise homeowners, designers, and builders on flooring and finishing selections.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, project oversight, and collaboration with store leadership to meet sales goals and maintain visual standards.

Qualifications

• Design education (BA or AA in Interior Design) or 6 years interior design experience.
• 3-5 years of leadership or management experience.
• Knowledge of hard surface flooring preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain lasting relationships with residential and professional customers.
• Hire and develop a dynamic design team with performance evaluations.
• Greet customers and support design walk-in needs.
• Schedule design appointments and develop clientele through networking and referrals.
• Provide tile, wood, stone and accessories advice for residential and commercial projects.
• Design and sell complete, functional and aesthetically appealing solutions.
• Manage multiple projects with accurate, timely communication and follow-up.
