M/I Homes in Nashville is seeking a Design Center Coordinator to assist homebuyers in selecting interior and exterior options, coordinating color sessions, and presenting Included Features and Upgrades to personalize homes.

You will support presale previews, manage color sheets, prepare change orders, verify pricing, and entry data in Envision, while collaborating with Marketing and Sales to deliver a seamless homebuying experience. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with relevant course study and experience in home building or design.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work with diverse buyers.
• Good verbal and written communication with attention to detail.
• Design knowledge and ability to read blueprints and plots.

Responsibilities

• Assist homebuyers in selecting interior and exterior options to personalize the home.
• Coordinate presale previews, color sessions, and tours for prospective buyers.
• Prepare color selection sheets, create change orders, and verify pricing.
• Enter data in Envision system and support Sales/Admin as needed.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and maintain samples and documentation.
