Job summary

M/I Homes in Franklin, TN is seeking a New Home Consultant to guide customers through the homebuying journey, showcasing floorplans, features, and designs to match client needs. As the primary contact from first meeting to closing, you will collaborate with internal teams, educate buyers on financing options, and help ensure a seamless build and exceptional service.

Weekend work is required and a strong focus on meeting sales targets is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of new home sales experience in the housing market.
• Must currently possess and maintain all appropriate state and local real estate licenses.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-service focus.
• Ability to work weekends and collaborate with teams.
• Proficiency with computers and willingness to adopt new technology.

Responsibilities

• Convert visiting customers to new home communities.
• Utilize marketing materials, model homes, and realtor relationships to drive sales.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales and customer service goals.
• Educate potential buyers on offerings, financing options, and community advantages.
• Act as primary contact from initial meeting to closing.
• Collaborate with internal teams and attend division meetings.
• Maintain brand image and home maintenance standards.
