Job summary

ARCO is seeking a highly motivated Construction Project Manager with 3–10 years of design/build experience. The role carries full profit and performance responsibility for projects from concept to completion, including estimating, scheduling, and coordinating with design professionals.

You will work closely with owners to develop concepts, review scope and provide value engineering ideas, while leading buyout processes and subcontractor selections.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field with minimum 3.2 GPA.
• 3–10 years of design/build experience.
• Ability to make sound decisions under tight deadlines.
• Ability to organize, plan and manage multiple activities.
• Commitment to quality by evaluating processes and meeting customer expectations.
• Integrity and alignment with company values.

Responsibilities

• Oversees estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports and progress billing.
• Manages design review and coordination, cost reporting and safety.
• Prepares proposals and participates in owner meetings to define scope.
• Develops preliminary concept drawings with owners and design teams.
• Oversees buyout and selection of subcontractors.
• Congruent bi-weekly job site meetings with the team.
• Coordinates with the Superintendent on safety, quality and schedule.
• Maintains cost consciousness and effective communication with stakeholders.
